Benefits for Season Subscribers to The Palm Beach Pops
Priority Seating and Renewal Privileges
Your season subscription seat is reserved for you at every concert in your series. As a subscriber, you will receive all of your tickets in advance of the first concert in November. You won’t have to wait in lines or risk missing sold-out performances. For as long as you continue your subscription, you have the opportunity to renew the same great seats and series. If you request a change, you will be given priority throughout the relocation process before new orders are filled.
Ticket Replacement
If your ticket has been misplaced, simply call the Palm Beach Pops Box Office at 561.832.7677 (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm) in advance of your concert and we will gladly provide location passes for you to pick up at the Palm Beach Pops Will Call the night of the performance.
Ticket Transfer
If you would like to give your ticket to a friend, but cannot transfer the actual ticket before concert time, The Palm Beach Pops Box Office can have a location pass for your friend to pick up at the Palm Beach Pops Will Call the night of the performance. Simply call the Palm Beach Pops Box Office at 561.832.7677 (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm) in advance of your concert
Ticket Exchange and Ticket Donation
In the event that you cannot attend a concert, you have two options:
1) You may exchange your ticket for another Palm Beach Pops performance (subject to availability) by calling the Palm Beach Pops Box Office at 561.832.7677 no later than one business day before the concert. (Exchange fee of $10 per ticket. Additional charges may apply based on venue), or
2) You may choose to donate the ticket back to The Palm Beach Pops. Donation requests may be received in person, by telephone or fax. This tax-deductible donation can be made anytime up to three hours before the show. Of course, we hope you will attend, but if you cannot, your donation will be gratefully accepted.
Private Sale for Subscribers
You have the opportunity to order additional single tickets for individual concerts at the beginning of each season, getting the best seats available to bring friends and family to a Palm Beach Pops performance. Season subscribers may purchase single tickets during the exclusive pre-sale event July 19 - 31, 2010.
Special Discounts
Along with the substantial savings you already receive by being a subscriber, you'll also receive an exclusive Palm Beach Pops VIP Discount Card entitling you to valuable discounts at partnering restaurants, hotels, and retail establishments throughout South Florida. Cards will be mailed along with your season tickets.
Invitation to Special Events
Receive an invitation to select Palm Beach Pops events throughout the year. Additional information will be provided as needed.
