Ticket Exchange Policy for Season Subscribers
Season Subscribers to Bob Lappin and The Palm Beach Pops may exchange tickets for an alternate date of the same performance if they cannot attend their regularly scheduled concert date. Tickets may be exchanged in person or by mail.
• Exchanges are based on ticket availability. We cannot guarantee the same seating assignment for an alternate performance; however, we will do our best to seat you as close to your original seats as possible.
• A fee of $10 per ticket exchange may apply.
• Ticket prices vary according to venue and seat location. If you request an exchange to an alternate venue, we will provide you with seats comparable to your original assignment. If you request seats that are of a greater value than those being exchanged, you will be charged the difference in price. Performances are at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, the Carole and Barry Kaye Performing Arts Auditorium at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and the Eissey Campus Theatre at Palm Beach State College in Palm Beach Gardens.
• All exchange tickets will be available for pickup at The Palm Beach Pops Will Call window one hour before the scheduled performance.
To Exchange Tickets in Person
The Palm Beach Pops Box Office is open to process exchanges Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm. Tickets may be exchanged up to one day before the concert date. Exchanges cannot be processed during the three hours that precede any concert. Exchange requests are based on ticket availability. All exchange tickets will be picked up at The Palm Beach Pops Will Call window the evening of the new performance date, even if the exchange has been set-up in person.
To Exchange Tickets by Mail
Please include a note with your name, mailing address, phone number and/or e-mail address, and indicate your preferred exchange date. Include with your ticket(s) and the exchange fee of $10 per ticket (check made payable to Palm Beach Pops) and mail to:

Please allow 3-5 days for processing. You will be notified by phone or e-mail that your ticket has been received and the exchange request has been processed.
* Ticket exchanges made by mail must be received at least one business day prior to the concert date of the ticket you are exchanging. If you do not provide sufficient information to complete the transaction or if we receive your tickets less than one day before the concert, we will accept your tickets as a donation, which will be acknowledged with a donation receipt.
