Sponsoring a Palm Beach Pops concert is a fantastic way to increase brand awareness, which generates consumer preference and fosters brand loyalty, and all while giving back to the community. For 21 years, The Palm Beach Pops’ concerts have been sponsored by companies such as Pepsi-Cola, Steinway Piano Gallery, Marriott, Tiffany & Co., TD Bank, Morgan Stanley, Hilton, BNY Mellon Wealth Management and many others. Individual donors can also be sponsors. We understand that your Sponsorship is not solely an act of charity – it must show some form of positive return on your investment.

Concert Sponsors

Starting at $25,000

  • Recognition as the Sponsor for one concert featuring Bob Lappin & The Palm Beach Pops with 36 concerts to choose from.
  • One full-page color ad (5” x 8”) for the in-concert program distributed November thru April with an estimated distribution of 60,000 copies at all three venues.
  • Logo with link to your website on the Palm Beach Pops’ website.
  • Logo on all print ads 2 columns x 9 inches or larger, television commercials (:30 or longer), and E-blasts for all advertising pertaining to sponsored concert.
  • Live announcement pre-concert and thank you by Maestro Lappin at intermission.
  • Twenty (20) concert tickets with premium orchestra seating for VIP guests, clients, staff or friends.
  • Twenty (20) invitations to a private champagne reception hosted by The Palm Beach Pops in your honor. Companies will have the opportunity to make a presentation to patrons and VIPs. Guests include Maestro Lappin, selected members of the Orchestra and guest singers from the evening’s performance. Private photographer in attendance to provide a commemorative photo book provided for you.
  • Gift presented in honor of your support during reception.
  • Opportunity to coordinate a lobby display during concert or product giveaway (if applicable).

Concert Co-Sponsor

Starting at $12,500

  • Designation as a Co-Sponsor for one concert featuring Bob Lappin & The Palm Beach Pops at one of three venues with 36 concerts to choose from
  • Inclusion on all collateral materials and advertising (print 2 col. x 9” or larger and/or broadcast), media releases, concert program and www.PalmBeachPops.org website.
  • One full-page color ad (5” x 8”) for the in-concert program distributed November thru April with an estimated distribution of 60,000 copies at all three venues.
  • Twelve (12) orchestra level seats to the sponsored concert for VIP guests, clients, staff or friends.
  • Twelve (12) invitations to a private champagne reception hosted by The Palm Beach Pops. Guests include Maestro Lappin, selected members of the Orchestra and guest singers from evening’s performance.
  • Gift presented in honor of your support during private champagne reception.
  • Live thank you from Maestro Lappin on stage during the performance.

Reception Sponsor

Starting at $5,000

  • Half page color ad in program for all concerts and venues (minimum distribution 60,000).
  • Invitation to read, “________________ invites you to...” sent to 50-100 qualified guests
  • Opportunity to speak during the event and provide handouts, give-aways, samplings, etc.
  • Four (4) seats to the concert.
