Bob Lappin and The Palm Beach Pops are proud to announce the 2008 Palm Beach Popstar, DANIEL COCHRAN of West Palm Beach. Daniel will be performing live with The Palm Beach Pops at all six concerts in November, featuring Judy Collins.
Daniel also received $500 from The Palm Beach Pops, a 2-night stay at The Hilton Singer Island Ocean Resort from KOOL 105.5 FM and a $100 gift card from The Gardens Mall.
The competition was so close, that a runner-up was also chosen… Bobbi Conwell of West Palm Beach!
A special thank you to this year’s Palm Beach PopStar sponsors The Gardens Mall and KOOL 105.5 FM, as well as all those who auditioned for the 2008 Palm Beach PopStar and those that made it to the final competition (pictured below) held at The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens on Saturday, October 18 and hosted by Tim Byrd “The Brydman” of KOOL 105.5 FM. A private reception was also held at The Gardens Mall on Wednesday, October 22 where the 2008 Palm Beach PopStar winner and runner-up were announced.
