Australian Avenue, Suite 100 (on the corner of Australian Avenue and Clearwater Place) in West Palm Beach, Florida. Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please note: The Box Office is typically not open on nationally observed holidays.

Online ticket orders are confirmed by e-mail. Depending on the delivery method you choose during checkout, your tickets will either be mailed to the billing address that you specified or will be held at the Palm Beach Pops Will Call for pickup the night of show. If any concert in your order occurs within ten days of the order date, however, all tickets in the order will be held at the Palm Beach Pops Box Office. In addition, if your shipping address is located outside the United States, your tickets will be held at the Palm Beach Pops Box Office.

*No refunds. Non-subscription tickets cannot be exchanged. If you are unable to use your tickets to a Palm Beach Pops concert, you may give them to a friend or donate them to The Palm Beach Pops as a tax-deductible contribution.
