Ordering Tickets
In Person: The Palm Beach Pops Box Office is located at The Palm Beach Pops administrative office at 500 S. Australian Avenue, Suite 100 (on the corner of Australian Avenue and Clearwater Place) in West Palm Beach, Florida. Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please note: The Box Office is typically not open on nationally observed holidays.
By Phone: For tickets or information, call 561.832.7677, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please note: The Palm Beach Pops sells tickets at each venue until the official start time of each performance.
By Mail: Complete the order form from a brochure or download an order form and mail with your payment (check, AMEX, VISA or MasterCard) to Palm Beach Pops Box Office, 500 S. Australian Ave., Ste. 100, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.
By Fax: Complete the order form from a brochure or download an order form and fax with your payment information (AMEX, VISA or MasterCard) to 561.832.9686.
Online: You may purchase tickets online by using our interactive website. Browse for concerts by title or date, concerts with available tickets feature a Buy Tickets link that allows you to choose a seat and charge your purchase to your American Express, Mastercard or Visa credit card.
Online ticket orders are confirmed by e-mail. Depending on the delivery method you choose during checkout, your tickets will either be mailed to the billing address that you specified or will be held at the Palm Beach Pops Will Call for pickup the night of show. If any concert in your order occurs within ten days of the order date, however, all tickets in the order will be held at the Palm Beach Pops Box Office. In addition, if your shipping address is located outside the United States, your tickets will be held at the Palm Beach Pops Box Office.
Because some seats are not sold online (i.e. wheelchair and companion seats), tickets may be available even if our website indicates otherwise. Call the Palm Beach Pops Box Office at 561.832.7677 for more information.

Will Call: The Palm Beach Pops Will Call is open one hour prior to performance. For security purposes, when picking up tickets please present a picture ID and the credit card used in the transaction.
*No refunds. Non-subscription tickets cannot be exchanged. If you are unable to use your tickets to a Palm Beach Pops concert, you may give them to a friend or donate them to The Palm Beach Pops as a tax-deductible contribution.
