Ticketing Guidelines for The Palm Beach Pops, Inc.
Third-Party Ticket Purchases
The Palm Beach Pops is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-parties such as ticket brokers or online outlets. We cannot guarantee that tickets purchased from third-parties are valid, and therefore we cannot guarantee admittance. Tickets purchased from third-parties may be priced much higher than the ticket’s actual face value. Further, tickets purchased from third-parties cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and we will be unable to contact holders of such tickets about program changes, cancellations, or with other information.
Promotional Offers
Promotional codes (also sometimes called special offers) may appear on advertisements, direct mail, e-mails, and the website, among other materials, and can be used to activate special rates or offers. To use a promo code, please call The Palm Beach Pops Box Office at 561.832.7677.

Processing Fee
A non-refundable processing fee of $5 is charged for each order purchased through The Palm Beach Pops.
Program Changes and Cancellations
Programs, dates and guest artists are subject to change. If an event presented by The Palm Beach Pops is canceled or postponed, changes will be announced—if time permits—by e-mail, by voice mail, a letter sent to your home, on palmbeachpops.org, or in local advertisements. To confirm that a concert is taking place, call 561.832.7677.
Ticket Donation
If you are unable to use your tickets to a Palm Beach Pops concert, you may donate them back to The Palm Beach Pops as a tax-deductible contribution. Donation requests may be received in person, by telephone or fax. Patrons who donate tickets will receive a receipt noting the value of the donation.
You can make this tax-deductible donation anytime up to three hours before the show. Of course, we hope you will attend, but if you cannot, your donation will be gratefully accepted.
Security
The Palm Beach Pops has taken many steps to ensure the safety of our audience, guest artists, musicians and staff. We greatly appreciate your cooperation with necessary security measures. All baggage is subject to inspection, and management reserves the right to limit access to the premises.
